Changed your mind or need a different size? You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of delivery.

For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, items must be unworn and in the condition we sent them, with all tags attached (including the Waves authentication tag) and all original packaging, extra laces and accessories included.

Sale items and Goyard cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, and headwear cannot be exchanged.

Faulty, not as described or the wrong item? Email orders@wavesau.com.au. The 30-day limit, conditions and exclusions above do not apply, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

Returns policy

The Waves verification team looks at every product when it arrives from the seller, checking it is genuine and in the agreed condition before it is sent on. If anything that passed is ever deemed inauthentic, you receive a full refund including shipping.
